Latin Name: Fructus Xanthii Siberici

Properties: bitter, acrid, sweet, warm, toxic

Actions: dispels wind and dampness in muscles and skin, relieves nasal obstructions, alleviates pain

Medical Indications: chronic bronchitis, chronic sinus inflammation, headache with blurring vision, urticaria and eczema, rheumatoid arthritis

Contraindications: none

Caution: to be used with caution in Qi and blood deficiencies, to be used with caution during pregnancy

Dosage: 3 to 9 grams
