Bu Gu Zhi (Psoralea Fruit)

Latin Name: Fructus Psoralaea

Properties: acrid, bitter, pungent, very warm

Actions: invigorates the kidneys, strengthens Yang, alleviates asthma, warms spleen Yang, relieves diarrhea

Medical Indications: impotence, enuresis, incontinence, frequent urination, premature ejaculation, cold or pain in lower back, cold in extremities or scrotum, diarrhea, bloating, abdominal pain, poor appetite

Contraindications: not to be used in cases of high heat due to Yin deficiency

Caution: to be used with caution during pregnancy

Dosage: 10 to 20 grams
