Latin Name: Platycladi Semen

Properties: sweet, acrid, neutral

Actions: nourishes heart, calms spirit, moistens intestines, unblocks bowels

Medical Indications: insomnia with fidgetness and palpitations, night sweating due to Yin deficiency, neurasthenia, weak memory, constipation

Contraindications: none

Caution: to be used with caution in cases with excess phlegm disorders or with loose stools

Dosage: 10 to 20 grams
