Latin Name: Buthus Martensii

Properties: acrid, salty, neutral, toxic

Actions: relieves fire toxins, clears liver wind phlegm, dissipates nodules, unblocks collaterals, alleviates pain

Medical Indications: tetanus, convulsions, tremors, seizures, swellings, toxic sores, headaches

Contraindications: not to be used in cases of internal wind due to blood deficiency

Caution: to be used with caution during pregnancy

Dosage: 2.4 to 4.5 grams
