Properties: sweet, cool

Actions: clears liver heat, clears wind, lowers blood pressure

Medical Indications: red and swollen eyes, blurry vision, cataracts, hypertension due to liver Yang rising

Contraindications: not to be used in cases with liver or kidney deficiency, not to be used in patients with glaucoma

Dosage: 5 to 10 grams
