Kuan Jin Teng (Chinese Tinospora Stem)

Properties: bitter, slightly cold

Actions: dispels wind dampness, unblocks channels, relaxes sinews

Medical Indications: cramps and stiffness with heat signs in joints and back, traumatic injuries with painful swelling, redness and heat

Contraindications: none

Dosage: 9 to 15 grams
