Zhe Bei Mu (Thunberg Fritillaria Bulb)

Latin Name: Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii

Properties: bitter, cold

Actions: cools and transforms phlegm, stops cough, clears heat, disperses nodules

Medical Indications: cough, wheezing, scrofula, sores, goiter, carbuncles, neck swellings, breast and lung abscesses

Contraindications: not to be used in cases of cold or dampness

Dosage: 10 to 20 grams
