Latin Name: Herba Lycopi

Properties: bitter, sweet, acrid, slightly warm

Actions: dispels blood stasis, promotes menstruation, promotes urination, reduces swellings, regulates water circulation

Medical Indications: gynecological disorders, irregular menstruation, pain during menstruation, postpartum abdominal pain, amenorrhea, abscesses, traumatic injuries, dysuria, postpartum painful urinary dribbling, postpartum edema, systemic edema

Contraindications: not to be used during pregnancy, not to be used in cases of hypermenorrhea, not to be used in cases without blood stasis

Caution: to be used with caution in cases with blood deficiency

Dosage: 10 to 20 grams
