Latin Name: Faeces Trogopterori

Properties: sweet, bitter, warm

Actions: disperses blood stasis, stops bleeding, relieves pain, eliminates toxins, treats childhood nutritional impairment

Medical Indications: amenorrhea, postpartum abdominal pain, pain during menses, epigastric pain, chest pain, uterine bleeding, retained lochia, snake and insect bites, improper development of children

Contraindications: not to be used during pregnancy, not to be used together with Ren Shen, not to be used in cases with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency

Dosage: 3 to 9 grams
