Latin Name: Flos Rosae Rugosae

Properties: sweet, bitter, slightly warm

Actions: moves Qi, relieves constraints, harmonizes blood, disperses stagnation

Medical Indications: poor appetite, stifling sensation in chest, pain in epigastrium, belching, menstrual pain, irregular menses, premenstrual breast tenderness

Contraindications: none

Dosage: 1.5 to 6 grams
