Latin Name: Fructus Mori

Properties: sweet, sour, cold

Actions: tonic for Yin and blood

Medical Indications: anemia, tinnitus, vertigo, diabetes with heat, insomnia, palpitations, thirst, weak digestion, premature white hair
Contraindications: not to be taken during pregnancy, not to be taken in cases of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency

Dosage: 9 to 20 grams
