Latin Name: Triticum Aestivum

Properties: sweet, salty, cool

Actions: stops excessive sweating caused by Yang or Qi deficiency, calms spirit

Medical Indications: instant sweating, insomnia, anxiety, irritation, palpitation, bedwetting in children

Contraindications: not to be used during pregnancy

Dosage: 15 to 30 grams
