Latin Name: Fructus Rubi

Properties: sweet, sour, slightly warm

Actions: benefits kidney, binds essence, retains urine, assists Yang, improves vision

Medical Indications: frequent urination, enuresis, premature ejaculation, impotence, sore low back, poor eyesight, blurry vision, uterine cervical cancer, colon cancer

Contraindications: not to be used during pregnancy

Caution: to be used with caution in cases of Yin deficiency with heat signs, to be used with caution in cases of difficult urination

Dosage: 6 to 12 grams
